Barista/all Rounder

**Job summary**:
**Batch espresso in balaclava is looking for a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, engaging with customers, and contributing to the smooth operation of the café.**

**3-4 days per week 20 to 25 hours**

**one day weekend required.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prepare and serve exceptional coffee and beverages to our customers.**

**Operate coffee machines and grinders efficiently.**

**Ensure consistency in coffee quality and presentation.**

**Provide warm, friendly customer service.**

**Maintain a clean and organized coffee station.**

**Assist with general café duties as needed.**

**Previous barista experience preferred.**

**A passion for coffee and hospitality.**

**Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.**

**Strong communication and customer service skills.**
