Join us in our commitment to sustainability as we expand our team with a newly created role of Sustainability Development Manager based at our Head Office in Enfield. Reporting to the Technical, Quality and Sustainability Director, this critical role will lead the program management of Mauri's sustainability strategy.
The position will collaborate across Mauri ANZ to lead and advance our sustainability program, focusing on our four pillars of people, planet, product, and prosperity. The role will engage with various stakeholders to drive the continued evolution of Mauri's commitment to our Purpose "Together, we sustainably feed the nation." This position forms part of Mauri's extended leadership team.

**Key requirements of the role include**:

- Driving the cocreation and execution of the Mauri sustainability strategy in partnership with the executive leadership team.
- Lead the sustainability program for Mauri and engage stakeholders through clear communication channels.
- Create and deliver training programs, workshops, and events to educate and empower Mauri's team on sustainability trends and drive our passion for sustainability.
- Engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, regulators and industry leaders to align Mauri's sustainability strategy with best practices.
- Coordinate and consolidate regular sustainability updates to track Mauri's progress towards its sustainability goals.
- Ensure sustainability reporting meets required governance standards.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and potential impacts on Mauri's financial performance and risk profile.
