Malaga - Due to exponential growth a WA owned and operated company is seeking an energetic customer focused individual to oversee the customer service department within the business. Coordinating and managing scheduled service runs and inventory maintenance of the motor vehicle fleet. The role will include administrative reporting tasks.

**Day to Day tasks as follows;**
- Prepare and supervise daily scheduled customer service runs
- Supervise and maintain processes and procedures relating to the clients' individual requirements
- Coordinate staff, rosters and operations of the service/warehousing operations
- Manager and oversee up to 10 staff
- Coordinate stocktaking and stock reconciliations
- Coordination of general site, equipment and motor vehicle maintenance
- Constantly seek ways to improve the processes based on best practice analysis

**Essential Computer literacy;**
- A minimum of 2 years experience within a logistics/customer service role with a service industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current drivers licence (manual is preferred)
- A demonstrated background in supervising a team to their fullest potential with a bright, happy disposition
- A demonstrated hands on work ethic with an impeccable desire to lead by example and "go the extra mile".
- High attention to detail with exceptional time management and customer service skills
- Strong understanding of OH&S practices

**Essential computer literacy;**

Microsoft Word and Excel intermediate level. Basic understanding of MYOB or similar highly desirable.

**Only permanent residents will be accepted for this role**

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
