Dispatch Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team and lead the efficient management of our warehouse processes. If you have experience using automatic picking systems, handling despatch systems, and coordinating international despatching, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize your experience with automatic picking systems to ensure efficient order picking and packing processes.
- Manage the despatch system, tracking and tracing shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Liaise with courier companies to coordinate smooth transportation of goods and optimize delivery schedules.
- Prioritize customer orders to meet delivery deadlines and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Supervise the folding and packing of orders, ensuring they are prepared for despatch securely and appropriately.
- Oversee international despatching, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and minimizing delays.
- Coordinate requests from outside stores with warehouse staff to efficiently manage stock transfers.
- Take charge of the purchasing of company products, maintaining appropriate stock levels.
- Handle invoicing processes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Quality Control (QC) department to maintain product quality standards.
- Demonstrate initiative in identifying process improvements and implementing best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience using automatic picking systems and managing despatch systems is essential.
- Proficiency in track and tracing shipments to optimize logistics operations.
- Familiarity with liaising with courier companies to ensure efficient transportation processes.
- Ability to prioritize customer orders to meet delivery deadlines.
- Experience in folding and packing orders for safe and efficient despatch.
- Knowledge of international despatching and customs regulations is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate requests from outside stores and manage stock transfers.
- Demonstrated ability in purchasing products and handling invoicing processes.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams, courier companies, and QC.
- Proven ability to work well in a team.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment in accordance with OHS regulations.
- Intermediate computer skills to utilize warehouse management systems effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
