We have several Customer Service Agent roles working for a Fintech in the Stockbroking space.

**The key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Providing proactive support to customers via the phone as well after support
- Ensuring a positive experience for customers and acting as a brand ambassador
- Responding to customer enquires and providing product knowledge
- Maintaining KPI and SLA targets
- Carrying out customer verification
- Ensuring accurate client information is recorded
- Making ad-hoc payments

**To be considered for this position you will**
- Have a minimum of 6-12 months’ experience in customer service role
- A keen interest in the stockbroking market with a passion to pursue a career in this space
- Be highly customer centric and focused
- Experience in a high-volume call centre a distinct advantage
