The Government and Executive Support Services team sits in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer in Corporate Services and leads whole of Corporate Services operations and delivery, DCS administration of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act) and management of the DCS information management platform (eApprovals).
**About the role**:
Exciting opportunity for a Support Advisor to join the DCS GIPA team in Corporate Services.
As the successful applicant you will:
- Provide support and contribute to the management of information access requests
- Prepare high quality reports on all aspects of service delivery to diverse audiences
- Contribute to, develop and implement practical solutions to business processes
- Manage multiple work items in accordance with strict deadlines
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Bring a strong customer focus to all aspects of the role
- Be accountable for work outputs with mínimal supervision.

Salary Grade 5/6, with the base salary for this role starting at $93295 base plus superannuation
