**What you’ll be doing**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Inside Sales team, where you will be account managing a portfolio of clients that spend up to $300,000 per year on flights with Virgin Australia. You will also generate new business in this Small to Medium Sized Enterprise (SME) sector.

The role is full-time based at Southbank in Brisbane, with some provision to work from home. This intimate sales team will be spirited and align to The Virgin Flair company culture.

**_ Key responsibilities of this role:_**
- Achieve sales budget and improve revenue growth and revenue quality in the SME channel
- Engage in the crafting of a robust revenue development plan for the SME channel sales portfolio
- Follow up on leads and close sales to increase revenue from existing customers
- Grow existing business of customers through various activities and client engagement
- Retain customers through active and productive account management
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
- Engage key internal stakeholders as required for support including Revenue Management, Network Scheduling, Finance and the broader sales team. Develop relationships with these stakeholders
- Work with your team members to ensure all work is being attended to within the outlined SLA’s to achieve team revenue and customer service targets.
- Ensure thorough product knowledge of all Virgin Australia products

**You’ll be great in this role if you**:

- Proven ability in high-stakes customer service
- Experience in both inbound and outbound sales
- Experience in business development and account management is desirable
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and effectively prioritize
- Ability to translate insights from data into meaningful ideas
- Travel industry experience or B2C experience is desirable, but not essential (previous Travel Consultants, Reservations Consultants etc.)
