We have a exciting opportunity open for an Account Executive to join a reputable Australian organization known for its strong presence in the Insurance industry. they are seeking someone to better strengthen their Broking resource and take their first step towards a successful career with a focus in General Insurance

**As an Account Executive your duties will include -**
- Supporting senior staff with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities & build business relationships.
- With support of senior staff, assist / manage the relationships across the client portfolio and understand your clients’ specific requirements for insurance, their business objectives and strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact for all insurance-related matters.
- Prepare and present proposals, renewals, and other client documentation accurately and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and claims handlers, to deliver exceptional service and resolve any client issues promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes to provide clients with accurate and timely information.

**What we want from you -**
- 2 years or less of experience in a similar role, preferably in general insurance but open to people with claims/underwriting experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients effectively.
- Working towards Tier 1/Tier 1 obtained.
- Positive and progressive personality both personally and personally.
- Interested in progressing their career to the next stage.
