**Practice Coordinator - Windermere St Medical | Make a meaningful impact by joining our Healthcare Team**

UFS Healthcare are looking for a motivated and dynamic **Practice Coordinator**to join our team at Windermere St Medical Centre on a temporary 12-month contract. Established in 1880, we’ve been a trusted healthcare provider for over 140 years. Play a crucial role in improving patient care and experience by managing practice operations. You will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our busy medical practice, providing exceptional administrative and patient support.

**About the role**:

- Full-time - Monday to Friday **(no weekends)**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and smooth patient flow.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Handle patient inquiries, provide support, and ensure a **welcoming and empathetic environment.**:

- Monitor practice performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a safe, professional atmosphere.
- **Lead and inspire**a dynamic team.
- **Experience**:Previous experience in a medical practice or healthcare setting is **essential**.
- **Skills**:Excellent communication, multitasking, and organisational abilities.
- **Tech-Savvy**:Comfortable with medical software, scheduling tools, and office systems.
- **Problem-Solver**:Ability to think on your feet and handle challenges with a calm, positive attitude.
- **Passion for Patient Care**:A friendly, compassionate, and approachable demeanor, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction
