UFS Dispensaries’ is recruiting for a full-time **Work Health Coordinator** to work out of our Doveton Street Medical Centre.
UFS Dispensaries is a not-for-profit community managed healthcare organisation dedicated to providing high quality, affordable and accessible pharmacy, medical and related healthcare services to our members. These services are complemented by our range of diverse professional health care practitioners.
As a mutual organisation, UFS is a public company, limited by guarantee and is governed by an elected Board of Directors.
UFS Work Health is an independent business unit operating within UFS Medical. The role is based at the Doveton Street Medical Centre. UFS Work Health is essentially a business service, providing medical assessments, injury management and testing to the corporate market and industry.
Working in conjunction and under the direction of the Practice Manager, the Work Health Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational requirements of the unit.
**Key Competencies**
- Excellent computer literacy with a specific focus on the medical industry.
- Demonstrated excellent customer/patient focused approach to service provision.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills including written, verbal and the ability to work as a member of a high functioning team in a busy environment.
- A commitment to a continuing quality improvement environment approach to all organisational activities and an ability to develop the Practice standards to achieve and maintain accreditation.
