Brandt is in an exciting growth phase and looking for a talented individual to join our Ballarat Head Office team as a Wholegoods Inventory Coordinator.

**About the Role**:
In this position, you will oversee and coordinate all activities related to complete goods ordering. This includes placing orders, communicating equipment availability, and assisting with inventory management tasks.
- Duties & Responsibilities:_
- Place and manage orders for stock and retailed equipment from John Deere and other suppliers.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updates of equipment information in relevant systems.
- Oversee stocktake processes and provide training as needed.
- Regularly communicate equipment availability and order status to the Sales team.
- Address inventory inquiries and coordinate internal equipment transfers with branch locations.
- Liaise with transport and shipping agents for equipment import and delivery.
- Compile sales history for inventory forecasting and assist with annual budgeting processes.
- Promote a respectful and accountable workplace aligned with organizational values.
- Other duties as required

**_About you:_**
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment preferred
- 2+ years of administration experience
- Basic understanding of purchasing processes
- Intermediate level excel skills are essential
- Travel:

- Requirement to work 3 days per month from Ballarat Share Resources Office
- Additional requirement to travel to other branch locations may be required from time to time
