**About your team**

**Chief Operations Office (COO) **is the engine room of the CBA Group. It is dedicated to running, improving and transforming the processes that deliver products and services to the CBA Group’s customers.

The **Strategy & Performance (S&P) **team supports the operations business to drive operational excellence and ensure we can deliver the best possible experience for our customers. This includes the end to end delivery and governance of larger strategic initiatives across our business. **About your role**

As the **COO Transformation Office Administrator, **you will working in the newly set up COO Transformation Office and supporting with the administration of WAVE, coordinating key COO TO function meetings closely with the Senior Manager COO Transformation Office as well as the PMO function and support in governing benefit realisation across COO.

**How you will make a difference**

In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Manager COO Transformation Office to ensure the administration of WAVE is kept up to date as well as holding key senior stakeholders accountable for their upkeep and input of their data.

You will play a vital role in the success of this function by supporting the tactical planning, dissemination and coordination of actions, report collation, distribution of meeting minutes and communications.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, a keen eye for detail, finances and experience meeting hard deadlines to develop their delivery skills in a supportive environment.

**In this role you will**:

- Support the Senior Manager of COO Transformation Office with day-today delivery activities
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of any COO Transformation Office documentation
- Undertake administrative tasks to support the team in achieving their deadlines
- Liaise with Project Managers, stakeholders, other team members and vendors
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of project documentation
- Undertake key administrative and logistics tasks to support the team
- Collate and maintain relevant project information to support the Project Managers and Senior Project Officers to develop reporting
- Developing and preparing presentation packs
- Coordinate project meetings including distribution of papers, development of agendas, minute taking, and distributing/monitoring actions

- Experience working in finance and/or operations teams is preferable but not essential
