Catch is embarking on an exciting journey of growth, as our business grows so does our team. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Head Office.
As a Customer Service Representative you will provide exceptional level of customer service in a timely and professional manner.

The time is now to be part of the Catch team. No two days are alike, and we are embarking on remarkable growth. You could expect your typical day to include some of the following things:

- Supporting and managing our complaints resolutions.
- Managing a portfolio of marketplace cases with approximately 40 outbound calls per week.
- Working alongside our suppliers to work out ideal outcomes for both parties.
- Identify and raise recurring issues and work as a team on identified patterns.

The skills you’ll have:

- Experience working in a customer service environment with a large focus on complaint/dispute handling with a passion for helping the customers
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Meticulous attention to detail with high level of accuracy and initiative
- Good rapport building and negotiation skills
- Very strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience with Salesforce is desired, as is knowledge of Consumer Law
