**About the opportunity**
A ‘hands-on’ Program Manager is required to drive the successful delivery of a migration program for our telehealth doctor service known as healthdirect after hours GP helpline (AGPH). You will work closely with the Chief Platform Officer to implement a change of technology platform and operating model for the service, inclusive of managing multiple workstreams covering Service Design, Operating Model, Technology, Commercial, Clinical Governance, Data and Analytics.
The program is to migrate the healthdirect after hours GP helpline service from the incumbent outsourced service provider onto an in-house contact centre platform and panel of helpline workforce service providers. This initiative is a part of a broader organisational transformation that sees Healthdirect Australia becoming an integrated component of the Australian National Health Infrastructure for use by the Australian public and connected to external healthcare providers.
**What we’re looking for**
- Experienced Program Manager, preferably in a multi-disciplinary complex product and stakeholder environment with contact centre experience, as well as CRM and telephony systems exposure.
- Proven experience in the provision of effective project / program management to a range of people, especially to teams of specialist staff, and operational teams.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile SCRUM and interfacing between project management disciplines and software development teams.
- Broad knowledge of and interest in health industry and government sector
