Asset Data Analyst I Facilities Management

This leading multi-national company has a number of niche operating divisions supporting a wide range of clients within the Metro and Regional areas and need an Asset Data Analyst to ensure reliable Master Data is available to support the activities of their Asset and Reliability team.
**Base Criteria**
You will have over 5 years’ experience in asset data / information management within the Facilities / Building Services Maintenance sectors with strong CMMS skills. You will have a detailed understanding of Master Data and Data Analysis utilising PowerBI or similar analysis tools and experience working on a recognised CMMS - Pronto, SAP, Mex, Maximo, ServiceNow or Urbanise.
Ideally holding tertiary qualifications you will have a strong CMMS appreciation, able to review reporting and data generated by the operations teams providing ongoing routine and reactive maintenance activities to ensure related information is aligned to specific assets and reporting output is current and up to date and tracking accurately.
**Outline Duties / Knowledge**
You will support the facilities management and asset delivery team, ensuring that the data supporting the life-cycle plans for the assets is accurate, relevant and purpose driven.
Providing professional advice on reporting and data analysis, providing trending and advise on areas of concern for the Asset Reliability Team to review RCA’s.
You will review, plan and provide input into forward maintenance planning, lifecycle projects and additional works; monitor and review asset management outputs and provide asset maintenance advice to support the development of the Asset Management Framework and Strategy.
**Skills and Attributes**
- Strong analytical and Asset Information management skills
- Extensive Data analysis and reporting skills
- Formal qualification along with Asset Management training and ideally PowerBI training
- A good communicator, with strong English language skills, you will provide clear and concise instructions to staff.
- Engaging personality and strong client-relationship skills
