**How will I help?**
As part of Deregistered Company BAU data team, the Data Analyst is responsible in managing, supporting and enhancing the current established data processes which include weekly production activities, monthly reporting, new business initiatives/enhancement and insight/quality analysis, etc.

You are responsible to combine customer focus, technical and analytical skills and industry knowledge to deliver key outcomes for our customers and regulator.

The Data Analyst will work closely with other DAs, Run Managers, Service Managers and other stakeholders to deliver scheduled data outputs on a timely manner with high accuracy and to investigate any ad hoc queries as required.

**Your responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Demonstrate personal responsibility for outcomes or commitments that are not achieved and implement corrective action to mitigate recurrence and facilitate collaborative activities with diverse participants to achieve shared goals, ensuring joint responsibility for outcomes.
- Define and execute required activities, including stakeholder engagement, to source the relevant information to understand and assess a problem and recommend an accepted solution.
- Develops a baseline and clearly defines the scope along with existing measures for the project/problem being solved.
- Develops and implements a data collection plan to validate the problem.
- Interprets key performance metrics, value drivers and/or business objectives to generate insightful commentary and insights to reports.
- Combines data from multiple sources to draw insightful conclusions; is comfortable working with incomplete data sets where full information is not available and develops simple visual representation to present findings.

**What do I need?**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Banking industry
- Working experience in data analysis and/or database management experience, SQL/Teradata database knowledge and query writing, advanced Excel skills.
- Attention to details and ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently.
- Organizational skills that allow role holders to manage a diverse workload but prioritize critical deliverables. Good interpersonal and communication skills
