**About the Company**
This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 7-month contract paying up to $900/ Day + Super. This role is located in Sydney CBD/ WFH
**About the team**
The Team you are joining is a high functioning and performing team amongst a leading NSW Government agency. A team of like-minded individuals who operate across a range of improvement projects for this NSW Government Agency
**About the Role**
Key accountabilities include:
- Engage with Asset and Workplace Services (AWS) Facilities Management teams, Workplaces, Group IT and third-party providers to develop, manage and implement fit-for-purpose facilities information systems, standards and processes which reflect business requirements and effectively harness technology.
- Lead the preparation of system requirement documents and the identification of specific data and reporting requirements across the Facilities Management portfolio.
- Collaborate with Group IT regarding the interface of third-party systems with corporate systems, so that system performance, security and availability requirements are met, system failures resolved, and opportunities to integrate and streamline systems identified and implemented.
- Conduct systems administration and configuration changes to facilities information systems to improve functionality and security.
**About You**
- An understanding of Facilities Management and the business sufficiently to undertake analysis and translate it into appropriate information systems and rules which meet business, cluster, and government requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to gain their cooperation and support on proposed solutions
- Ability to Keep up to date with current and emerging best practice, government policy and statutory requirements, as well as dealing with frequently conflicting and/or competing agendas of stakeholders
- 5 + years working as an Analyst for Facilities Systems
