**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a enthusiastic and skilled Marketing Officer for a full time permanent role in our Booragoon Office.

**What you will need to be successful**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing role
- Qualification in Marketing or a related field
- Experience with digital marketing, advertising and the development and execution of marketing/communication plans
- High level computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems, and experience using SharePoint, Canva, and online marketing channels including social media platforms
- High level of attention to detail along with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively and strong interpersonal skills to influence a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Can-do attitude and ability to problem solve
- Ability to obtain a police clearance and Working with Children check

**Duties include**:

- Support the development and implementation of our marketing and engagement strategy
- Lead marketing projects and initiatives to drive engagement with our target audiences
- Develop and produce marketing collateral and digital content, with a strong emphasis on copy-writing, editing and creative design
- Day to day management of digital content updates on websites and social media
- Assist in the creation of advertising content to drive increased brand awareness and business growth
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure availability of promotional material including organisation of printing and merchandising materials as required
- Maintain Googles business profiles and other corporate platforms
- Prepare internal communications to support key messages, and staff engagement
- Organisation of internal and external events

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
