**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Marketing Support Officer to join our dynamic Acquisition Marketing team at Curtin University. In this exciting role, you will contribute to student acquisition initiatives and support a broad range of marketing activities targeted at international audiences and key product areas. From digital campaigns to promotional materials, your work will help shape the student journey and elevate Curtin’s presence on the international stage.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Respond to inbound marketing requests, ensuring timely and professional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaising with a broad range of stakeholders, including University Marketing teams, Global Curtin Recruitment team, media agencies, students and faculty.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams, Global Curtin, and agencies to support the planning and delivery of campaigns and projects.
- Help create and distribute culturally relevant and brand-aligned marketing materials across a variety of channels.
- Support on-campus and off-campus production activities, including talent coordination, logistics, and liaising with freelancers.
- Manage marketing assets and maintain accurate records and forms to support marketing operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Curtin’s courses, programs, and student opportunities.
- Provide general team support including procurement, meetings, workshop organisation, and office maintenance.

**Who we are looking for**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Experience coordinating projects.
- An understanding of global markets and cross-cultural awareness.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of people whilst fostering positive relationships.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- A clear and confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Adaptable and enthusiastic about supporting a wide range of marketing activities.
- Familiar with brand compliance, accessibility, and user experience principles.
- Passionate about working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

**Role Requirements**:

- As this is a fixed-term contract, you will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role
