**About the role**
- Develop and formulate the marketing and sales strategy for projects
- Manage all internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Work with and hold accountable creative and PR Agencies
- Project manage the entire marketing process - concept, production and delivery
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on marketing initiatives
- Assist with orchestrating and organising events
- Manage and maintain the upkeep of project website and social media platforms
- Maintain price lists, stock lists and databases and manage the relationship with the agent
- Conduct settlement inspections and the making the life of the customer easier through the buying process
**Core skills and experience**
- Tertiary qualifications
- Property, Builder and/or Construction experience essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be a "go getter" and be passionate about property
- Be able to work to deadlines, be calm and able to multi task
- Have a good understanding of the settlement process
