Now Hiring | An exciting role just landed working with a well-known global, Australian owned and family run womenswear brand. Looking for a driven and ambitious eCommerce Coordinator to join their team to help drive online growth across all websites.

The role is responsible for all implementation and execution of content, assets promotions, product and merchandising for our websites globally as well as Marketplaces. Being the key website person within the digital team, the role will ensure it is maximizing features, capabilities and functionality of all platform software implemented from Salesforce to ensure a seamless customer experience whilst having a positive effect on trade performance.
- Key areas include |_
- Implement homepage/website changes (eg. Turning on free returns, updating content across the websites, xmas trading updates, messaging changeouts, seasonal change outs, size charts etc).
- Implement Promotions, test, create terms and conditions, provide promotional links to social team.
- Create trend categories, manual categories pages and search driven keyword result.
- Coordinate and manage all product enrichment across the ERP and websites (product titles, descriptions & imagery) to house style and SEO best practice.
- Digital customer experience, ensuring the website platform content and assets render appropriately and are displayed intuitively from a customer’s perspective.

- Previous experience or knowledge of Salesforce
- Strong technical capabilities to maximise features of digital platforms
- Sets action plans for work and organizes time and resources as appropriate
- Establishes open communication channels. Able to express own ideas and opinions in an appropriate manner.
- Able to establish and maintain relationships with people at all levels
- A strong drive to learn and grow
