An exciting opportunity has arisen for an eCommerce Production Coordinator to join a dynamic team at Seed Heritage. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end product coordinator of the monthly eCommerce fashion shoots for Seed Heritage Child's apparel/accessories, Teen Girl apparel and home categories.

**THE ROLE**:

- Work with the product team to secure all required samples.
- Track samples, product management and reconciling the kits.
- Work closely with Group Studio Manager on confirmed product quantities & shoot days.
- Creating styling guideline documents for all child/baby accessories product shoots.
- Creating run sheets for teen/child eCommerce ‘on body’ shoots with approved imagery from Stylist.
- Provide final shot list, ensure smooth running of shoot.
- Assist across all areas of the shoot as required.
- Work with product team to relay retouching notes to the photography team.
- Liaising with Retouching team on image feedback and alterations

**THE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma/certificate in Styling and/or Visual Merchandising or similar field highly regarded, but not essential.
- 1+ years' experience in an e-Commerce fashion styling/production role.
- Understanding of the end-to-end product photography process.
- Experience in fashion or retail e-Commerce photography/studio environment.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills.
- Able to work well as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
- A problem solver with a can-do attitude, willing to take on challenges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
