**RETAIL SUPPORT CENTRE**

The Retail Support Centre is based in St Kilda, with access to public transport and a short walk away from Acland Street. **KNOW THE ROLE**

The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all product-related content is uploaded, accurately represented on the website, and optimised for the customer journey as well as providing support to the ecommerce team.

Ecommerce in Blue Illusion is a deadline driven department; focusing on completing projects to meet set timeframes and going the extra mile is a key attribute required for this position.

It is an exciting time for an Ecommerce Coordinator to join the Blue Illusion team and support its’ rapidly growing online and omnichannel business.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Pro-active with the ability to take ownership and accountability for actions
- High level of communication, both verbal and written
- Willing to go the extra mile to see the job through to completion
- The ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines on a weekly basis
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to take on new skills and offer support in project work

**We require an Individual with**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role and an enthusiasm for ecommerce
- Experience using ecommerce platforms to manage stock online
- Knowledge of website infrastructure and ecommerce platforms
- Providing an outstanding online customer experience and understanding of the consumer path to purchase
- Eagerness and willingness to learn
- Strong understanding of best practice, administrative proficiency, and attention to detail
- High level of MS office skills e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook
