**Role Description**
This could be a part-time or full-time hybrid role at Tego. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team member to support the efficient management of insurance claims. This role involves lodging and reviewing claims, gathering information, and ensuring timely resolutions while maintaining accurate documentation and reserves. You will collaborate with external experts, such as adjusters and legal professionals and assisting with claims reporting, administrative tasks, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Strong stakeholder engagement is key, as you will provide exceptional service to brokers, clients, and internal teams while fostering trust and collaboration.
**Qualifications**
- Communication skills
- Claims Handling and Management skills
- Experience in Insurance and Insurance Claims
- Understanding of the Australian healthcare industry
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Experience in medical malpractice or insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 - 45 per week
