Our client utilises their global footprint to provide globally sourced products (largely from Europe and North America), provide training and support whilst touching each customer individually, locally for a truly local approach.
**YOUR ROLE**
Based in Malaga, WA, you will use your extensive operations administrator / field service technicians coordination background, to ensure that the right people are at the correct customer site, on-time, with the right tools and spare parts. You will work closely with the WA service manager and the technical team. The culture is one where you make a genuine difference, customers are nurtured, expectations are exceeded, and where you can grow with the business for the long-term.
You will be part of a strong team. This role will see you undertaking the following key responsibilities:
- **Create and maintain a field service technician schedule, that looks circa 3 weeks ahead with planed schedule work around WA, yet allows for day-to-day breakdown flexibility.**:
- **Responsible for ensuring each job has the correct technician, the right materials and tools (if applicable) allocated to them and that this job is part of an efficient travel routing plan for the technicians, that ensures mínimal travel and overnight stays, to maximize their time at home with their families.**:
- **Be the conduit who communicates with the customers and the technicians alike, as well as providing assistance to the Service Processing Team with work order closures and invoicing information.**:
- **Maintain all local Information Systems (SAP & SalesForce)**:
- **Due to rapid growth of the business, our client is actually looking for two (2) people to fill this role. 1 x senior & 1 x Junior administrator**

This role will see you go go go, you will have a proven track record with planning & scheduling experience, working in a fast paced, professional field service organization. You will have brought the team together to not only meet the team targets, but also exceed customer expectations.
