**The Role**

Lead the store team to create a sales focused culture and deliver profitable sales growth.

**_Key Responsibilities _**
- Develop Warehouse and Administration teams knowledge and capability
- Deliver a positive store atmosphere to create a great customer experience and effectively resolve any customer complaints and queries
- Ensure store is meeting all compliance and legislative requirements
- Monitor the store activities to ensure it aligns with the businesses core policy and standard operating proceduresEstablish and oversee effective warehouse inventory management processes and systems
