About the role
Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy the Partnerships Manager main function is to manage and grow the corporate partnerships portfolio which includes both existing and new businesses and account management activities. This role is responsible for driving the strategy, growth and retention of corporate partnerships and delivering multi-layered, sustainable partnerships.
The Partnership Manager actively identifies targets and secures medium to high level partnerships to achieve budget, ensuring that partners gain the most benefit from their relationship with Eastern Health. The position manages all aspects of relationship management and delivery of contractual obligations and tailored benefits to fulfil agreements, including day-to-day communications with corporate partners.

Be a great communicator who can deal with a wide range of clients face to face, over the phone, online and written
Confidence to provide an outstanding experience to our partners ensure ongoing relationships - the ability to think of the small, meaningful details
Emotional intelligence and ability to recognise opportunities or problems when dealing with clients
A background in corporate partnership development and relationship account management from within the not-for-profit space, or a commercial setting
Experience in managing strategies and executing plans across both new business and retention activities
A track record of success in securing revenue from high level, mutually beneficial partnerships within the corporate sector
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create complex pitches and present at Executive level
Outcome and results focused, with commercial acumen and a background in working to financial targets
Financially literate, experienced in forecasting, budgeting and reporting
Availability to work evenings and on occasion weekends
