We are currently seeking a personable and detail-oriented individual to join an industry-leading organisation as a Warranty Claims Officer. Specialising in providing high-quality workshop solutions for the mining and transport sector, this role will play a pivotal part in overseeing warranty claims and post-service care for the technician team throughout Australia.

Located in Hemmant, you will be welcomed by a highly experienced team and be provided with all the necessary systems training. To be successful in this position, you will need to be able to build relationships with suppliers and be able to effectively communicate with a range of clients. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, your role will be vital in enhancing the end-to-end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and evaluate warranty claims submitted by customers related to machinery parts.
- Verify the validity of claims, ensuring they adhere to warranty terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to assess the root cause of issues and determine eligibility for warranty coverage.
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure post-service care meets the highest standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the warranty claims process.
- Proactively identify and address issues to eliminate delays in warranty claim resolutions, collaborating closely with manufacturing, production, and sales teams.
