**Experienced Client Service Associate**

An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Client Service Associate to join our small but growing team operating in the wholesale/high net wealth sector. We are looking for a dedicated client service professional with proven funds management and investment administration experience.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have strong work experience demonstrating investment administration skills;
- Have strong time management skills and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines;
- Have excellent client service skills, within the wealth management and advisory sector;
- Have a very strong attention to detail including with respect to numerical data;
- Be an excellent communicator with people at all levels;
- Importantly, be discerning and discreet with confidential client information.

Functions of the role include, but are not limited to:

- Preparation and management of detailed investment documentation on behalf of clients;
- AML and KYC administration and governance
- Client investment administration
- Client banking and reporting

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
