**Client Overview**:
Our client is a distinguished Real Estate Fund Manager with an asset portfolio exceeding $1 billion. With teams based in Sydney and Melbourne.

**Role Overview**:
This role involves delivering exceptional service to high net worth individuals and retail clients, driving the client experience, and managing unit registry. Ideal for self-starters passionate about client services and keen on working with a broad range of stakeholders.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- End-to-end management of client experience.
- Onboarding new clients, responding to queries, and managing communications.
- Collaborating with internal teams for continuous improvement and compliance.
- Handling unit registry management and supporting fund transactions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with retail clients and unit registry management.
- Proficiency in analytics, reporting, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and contribute to team success.
