Client Service Associate role for Mandarin speaker

The role is within a reputable Wealth Management business, which services individuals, families and institutions investing in both domestic and international markets.

**Your new role**
- Facilitation of all client queries and adviser requests
- Client on-boarding, including preparation of account documentation, creation of client records and assist with maintenance of client accounts and records
- IPO and corporate action allocation management
- Preparation of client valuations, asset allocations and reporting as required
- Assist in client asset transfers, including cash, both domestically and internationally
- Process and monitor stock settlements, including following up with clients regarding outstanding funds.
- Prioritise competing adviser requests in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with logistics and planning for The Asia Practice’s client events
- Provide ad hoc translation for marketing purposes

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline e.g. Finance. Ideally, a finance related degree, CPA/CFA is a bonus
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and verbal)
- Looking for passion/interest in financial markets and keen to grow their finance career long term
- RG146 qualified or willing to study RG146, which would be client funded
- Self-motivated, quick learner and enthusiastic

**What you'll get in return**
