About the role
Reporting to the Team Leader Permits and Registration, key duties include:
Deliver a first-class customer experience that is timely, proactive and thorough.
Consult across the department and other directorates to obtain specialist referrals.
About you
Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally.
