**The Role**:

- 4 days / week to start with, then 5 days full time in 3-4 months.
- Become a part of our passionate and boutique team and embark on an exhilarating journey into the world of property management and leasing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete tasks assigned by senior property manager
- Conduct open for inspections
- Conduct routine inspections & reports
- Complete lease and other documentation
- Liase with landlords and contractors
- General office administration duties

**Skills & Experience**
- Some related experience preferred
- Chinese / Mandarin speaking - Must
- Strong communication skills
- Real Estate Rep Certificate (registration essential)
- Driver license and a reliable vehicle
- Can do attitude & follow orders assigned
- Astralian Working Rights - Essential

**Salary**: From $38,828.00 per year
