Are you a NetSuite expert who has worked as a functional consultant or are a NetSuite guru? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy solving complex problems? If so, Aussie Broadband is looking for someone like you to join our team as a NetSuite Specialist.

To be successful as our NetSuite Specialist you will have a proven track record of optimising NetSuite, and highly skilled at aligning technology to business goals and thrive in environments where autonomy and initiative are valued.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Previous experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant or Subject Matter Expert.
- Strong understanding with Oracle NetSuite modules such as:

- NetSuite Financials
- NetSuite Inventory & Supply Chain
- Financial Reporting and Customisation
- Reporting and Saved Searches
- Multi-Book Accounting
- NetSuite SuiteAnalytics
- NetSuite OneWorld (Australia & International)
- NetSuite Workflows
- NetSuite Administration including setting up and supporting users
- An appreciation for key balance sheet reconciliation.

**How will you support our “Why?”**

As our NetSuite Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing our NetSuite sophistication by delivering the following:

- Assessing, optimising, and configuring the current NetSuite setup to align with best practices and business process requirements.
- Identifying gaps and inefficiencies in current ERP configurations and implementing improvements accordingly.
- Reviewing and remediate reporting structures, rebuilding key financial and operational reports.
- Collaborating across finance, warehouse and IT functions to elicit and prioritise business requirements.
- Assisting with implementing and onboarding newly acquired entities into NetSuite.
- Liaising with the internal development team to ensure accuracy and completeness of data flows from billing systems to NetSuite.
- Working with the Business Intelligence team and Software Developers to fulfil business reporting requirements.
- Collaborating with ERP Manager and Finance General Manager on existing projects and tasks.
