**The role**
We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy People Systems and Analytics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll support the ongoing administration, maintenance and optimisation of HR systems, ensuring the smooth operation of people-related technologies to enhance the user experience. You will also be responsible for preparing and providing people data sets and reports that inform strategic workforce decisions across the organisation.

**Your key responsibilities**
This position plays a pivotal role in supporting our people systems and driving data-informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain regular and complex reports and dashboards to inform strategic workforce decisions.
- Provide analysis and insights to identify trends and root causes of workforce metrics.
- Define and standardise performance metrics, using leading and lagging indicators to monitor performance.
- Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for system users and business stakeholders.
- Participate in system updates and testing, ensuring they align with business needs.

**What we’re looking for**
- Proven experience with HRIS platforms in a support role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience in reporting and data interpretation.
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive resolutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, teamwork, and proactive problem solving.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities.
- Comfort with managing confidential data and ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- A passion for continuous improvement and leveraging technology to enhance user experience and process efficiency.
