**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data & Analytics: Utilise advanced data and analytics skills to gather, analyse, and interpret data related to people initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering insights that drive decision-making.
- Presentation Skills: Create compelling decks and present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- ROI Measurement: Focus on measuring the return on investment (ROI) of people initiatives, providing actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR and business leaders to align analytics with strategic objectives and support data-driven decision-making.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of people data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Reporting: Develop and deliver regular reports and dashboards that track key metrics and performance indicators.
- Strategic Insights: Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to enhance people initiatives and drive business outcomes.
- Project Management: Manage analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve data processes, tools, and methodologies.

**What You'll Need**:

- Experience: Proven experience in data analytics, preferably within HR or people analytics.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau), and excellent stakeholder management abilities.
- Presentation: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver engaging decks to senior stakeholders.
- Focus on ROI: Demonstrated experience in measuring and reporting on the ROI of initiatives.
- Attributes: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
