As part of our diverse team based in **Sydney and Melbourne**, you will help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

This role will be responsible for first level report request, supporting the wider team with more complex report requests, documentation of Standard Operating Procedures and Coordinating a couple of key People System Projects.

This will be a **6-month contract** position based in the **Sydney/Melbourne** office.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Triage and action report related requests
- System data cleanses ensuring People Systems are accurately updated within appropriate information to ensure accurate reporting
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying and implementing strategies to improve and expand on service delivery outcomes and people systems and processes.
- Provide People Services with data to ensure there is no risks associated with compliance
- Work closely with the Remuneration, Systems and Reporting team to prioritise projects, initiatives, and reporting activities

**ABOUT YOU**
- High level of computer skills, particularly with HR Systems and MS Office products (specifically Excel, Power Bi and Vision)
- Project manage identified process improvements including facilitating design sessions, developing tools, guidelines, and process maps, supporting user acceptance testing and running end user training.
- Experience in the use of SharePoint
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyse and document business processes and workflows Strong attention to detail and flexibility to work on a range of tasks
