**About the team**:
Coles Liquor is a trusted retailer with three iconic trading banners, Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars. Our purpose is to help adult Australians lead happier and healthier lives by drinking in a responsible and sustainable way. As a drink’s specialist, Coles Liquor hosts an extensive range of wines, spirits and beers and we are passionate about providing customers with local and relevant products.

**About the role**:
The Coles Liquor business is currently undergoing a large and exciting transformation, underpinned by a raft of projects of varying scale. These projects typically involve a combination of system and process change and will impact all areas of the business. This role will support in the development of brand strategy and lead the successful implementation of that strategy from inception to completion.

You will be responsible for ensuring that project goals are reached, in line with business objectives and organisational strategy.

You’ll also:

- Work with stakeholders to define requirements and scope, then manage scope and expectations
- Develop comprehensive project management plans to deliver project according to performance measures and, to achieve targeted business outcomes
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
- Identify and manage all risks and issues across the project, escalating appropriately
- Establish and implement strong project governance that ensures regular reporting for Steering committee, Senior leadership teams and project stakeholders
- Support the development of brand strategy with senior leadership team

**About you and your skills**:
We are looking for a knowledgeable Project Manager who has demonstrated experience project managing multiple significant mid-large scale business initiatives including significant brand transformation programs.

You’ll also need:

- Proven ability to communicate effectively and garner buy-in with senior leaders across all functions
- Proven ability to manage project governance, scheduling, financial and resource management, change control, risks, issues, and assumptions
- Outstanding understanding of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Ability to relate to and understand business requirements in all retail streams (operations, merchandise, supply chain, marketing etc)
- Strong communication, organisational, coaching, planning & negotiation skills
- Business case development and proposal writing experience
- Experience within Retail and FMCG will be highly advantageous
