**About the team**:
Commercial is a large but close-knit group. We bring diversity of thought, backgrounds and experience to every Business Unit at Coles Supermarkets, Liquor and Express. We pride ourselves on the partnerships that we build, new ideas we develop and how passionately we work on convenient, healthy solutions for our customers.

**About the role**:
As our next Project Manager you will report to the Senior Project Manager, and you will support the overall Coles Commercial strategy and any major transformational projects within the team to support end-to-end execution.

In this role you will support the strategy development ensuring its alignment to Coles Corporate Plan.

You’ll also:

- Develop business cases for any major/minor project
- Plan, oversee and lead varied projects from ideation through to completion (scaling)
- Lead cross functional project teams and resources contributing to project delivery to successful outcomes, managing relationships for resource availability
- Develop project plans and key business milestones including defining and managing expectations and scope negotiations throughout project lifecycle, including project status updates
- Manage any applicable internal and external relationships, forums, and steercos to ensure that key inter-dependencies are managed and escalated appropriately

**About you and your skills**:
Working within a trusted team where you will be able to enjoy a great work/life balance you will partner with varied stakeholders. In this role you will be able to leverage your developed project management experience whilst genuinely making an impact in the work you do. You will need:

- A relevant Tertiary Qualification, E.g. Business, Engineering is preferable
- A relevant Project Management accreditation (Prince, PMBOK, Agile)
- Retail experience in Project Management
- An understanding and practical experience of issues associated with Commercial strategy
- Strong problem solving, analytical and numeracy skills (both verbal and written)
- Technical skills and demonstrated experience in using software programs and platforms for project management
- Ability to navigate a complex, dynamic organisation, with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
