**MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**
To ensure administration of Children’s Services is efficient and effective, providing a high quality customer service for children and families. General Responsibilities Include:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written
- Maintain existing databases including updates
- Communicating effectively with people at all levels both internal and external of the service
- Ensuring all liaison with families and children is sensitively handled and respected
- Ensuring relevant records are maintained accurately and up to date
- Answer incoming phone calls ensuring that messages captured and delivered
- Assist with other administration duties as required
- Maintain and update processes and procedures including compliance requirements
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- **Completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education OR Willingness to obtain (WE PAY THIS FOR YOU)**:
- Demonstrate practical knowledge in delivering a high-quality planning cycle, curriculum and linking to the National Quality Framework
- Ability to create and maintain a friendly, secure and stimulation learning environment while fostering a positive work relationship with your team, families and children
- Self-motivated and deadline driven
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly organized
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills or willing to learn
- Holds a valid
- First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check
