- $85,000 - $90,000 plus super plus salary sacrificing

**The Role**

Reporting into the Senior Learning and Development Specialist, this role will see you contribute to the development and implementation of key L&D initiatives through a variety of ongoing activities, processes and projects. Research, design and develop learning solutions both virtually and in person, and deliver interactive and engaging learning programs including workshops, seminars and inductions.

**The Duties**
- Design and facilitate innovative, engaging and effective learning solutions
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the business, advising and assisting managers and employees to develop individual learning plans
- Work with business leaders to determine performance gaps and possible learning and development solutions
- Facilitate and evaluate learning and development activities - deliver interactive and engaging face-to-face and virtual learning programs
- Coordinate learning & development programs
- Demonstrated experience in designing and creating e-learning modules/solutions
- Demonstrated experience in identifying learning needs and developing learning solutions
- Experience in developing training content, evaluation of training materials and other learning resources
- Exceptional organisational, administrative and time management skills.
- Driven and confident - be able to hit the the ground running
