**Job Title: Learning & Development Specialist**

**About Us**: Our client, who is an Electronics Retailer, is actively seeking a skilled Learning & Development Specialist to contribute to their commitment to employee growth and organisational success.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Training Coordination**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute targeted training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address specific training needs.
- **Onboarding and LMS Management**:

- Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for content administration and user support.
- **Employee Development Initiatives**:

- Contribute to the design and implementation of career development initiatives and mentorship programs.
- Identify high-potential employees and develop tailored growth plans.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating corporate learning programs.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
