**Ventia** has been awarded a major contract to deliver build services for **Telstra InfraCo’s** nationwide fibre network, and we’re seeking multiple **Project Coordinators** to support the delivery of this critical infrastructure.

We welcome applicants with a background in administration/coordination or junior engineers with experience within the **civil telecommunications** space, looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Validate subcontractor documentation (STOWs)
- Liaise with site engineers for artefact accuracy
- Submit variations and contract notices via client portals
- Raise/manage CRQs (Change Requests)
- Support SAP-based material ordering and inventory
- Prepare completion status reports and daily updates
- Maintain accurate records for reconciliation and handover

**About you**:

- Must have experience in civil telco construction - highly regarded if you’ve worked on NBN or Telstra projects previously
- Strong MS Office skills (particularly Excel)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable in high-volume, time-critical environments
