**About the Project**
The Midland Station (Cale Street) Project is being delivered by Midland Junction Alliance (MJA) comprising of Public Transport Authority of Western Australia (PTA), MCD, Georgiou Group Pty Limited, BG&E and Arcadis.

The project involves the design and construction of a new Midland Train station and associated rail infrastructure. After more than 50 years, the Midland Station will have a new home bringing it closer to the heart of the Midland Town Centre. The new station location will improve connections to Midland Gate Shopping Centre and Midland Health Campus, while maintaining the railway’s central role to enhance work opportunities and community life in the area.

**About your opportunity**
McConnell Dowell Constructors (Aust.) Pty Ltd are currently recruiting for a **Quality Assurance Coordinator**to join our team to work on an exciting rail project in the Midland area as part of work delivering new facilities and infrastructure for the community. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will provide support to the quality team and be accountable for:

- Providing advice and support to the Quality Manager for the development, implementation, reviewing and revision of the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP) and attachments.
- Interacting with Managers and Engineers to implement and coordinate the Project QMP and attachments.
- Review of subcontractor / supplier quality systems.
- Compiling and maintaining quality records.
- Coordinate on site quality assurance and control activities.
- Reporting on quality related matters to the Quality Manager, including preparation of monthly summary reports.
- Promoting quality awareness with project personnel.
- Minimum of 5 years experience working with Quality Management Systems that have been certified by an accredited third party or endorsed by a recognised second party.
- Experience in rail and civil quality management roles and activities （highly desirable).
- Thorough understanding of ISO 9000 / 1 principles.
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Able to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Competent user of all in house Quality Management software.
