A part-time position has now become available for an Accounts / Admin assistant to join our friendly team.

**About the role**

This exciting role will provide a variety of day-to-day tasks combining both accounts and admin duties including:

- Accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Supplier invoice processing and reconciliation
- Print media
- Answering phones
- Processing orders
- Filing
- Office organization
- Stationary ordering
- General office duties

**About You**
- Xero experience
- Min. 2 years working within accounts / admin role
- High levels of Microsoft Excel experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent phone manner
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- A can do attitude with a great work ethic
- Own car/ transport
- Ability to work un

- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
