**What a day in-the-life may look like as an Assistant Manager**:

- Supporting the Store Manager in all areas of the business.
- Ensure that our customers are the forefront and leave with a great customer experience.
- Lead by example and empower your team through effective coaching and ongoing training.
- Manage and take full accountability of end-to-end product management of the store.
- Drive sales to SMASH budgets and targets
- take your store to the next level
- Manage daily high-volume stock and operations.
- Be surrounded with all the products you know and love.
- Be a part of a dynamic, supportive & collaborative team.

**About You**:

- Outstanding Customer Service track record
- Big box/large format retail leadership background highly desirable
- Experience in a team leadership role of up to 30+ staff
- Ability to lead and build high performing teams
- High stock volume management is essential.
- Ability to drive sales and growth for the entire store
- Go-getter attitude
- Passion for outdoors is highly desirable.
- First Aid certified, or willing to be trained at our expense
