Regal Rexnord Australia is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team in Bennetts Green, NSW. You will play a pivotal role in making sue our suppliers are paid accurately and in a timely manner. The role is permanent full time, 5 days per week.
- Key Responsibilities_
- Provide Accounts Payable functions to enable timely payment of invoices
- Assist in ensuring that all invoices are processed against purchase orders
- Liaise with the Purchasing team and with suppliers to resolve ordering and invoice issues
- Undertake regular statement reconciliations
- Back up to making payments through banking software
- Assisting with set up of customer master data
- Essential Criteria_
- Experience in an accounts payable role with high volume invoice processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs and in particular with Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- High attention to detail
- Initiative and motivation
