**About the role**
The Fosroc Product Segment Specialist (PSS) is a pivotal contributor to the Fosroc ANZ leadership team and is responsible for managing Fosroc products from a technical, specification, and market growth perspective. Strong commercial acumen is required, as is a broad understanding of the markets Fosroc operates in both within ANZ and globally.
Core to delivering on the commercial objectives of the Fosroc business, the fundamental objective of this role is to support customers via internal stakeholder teams across sales, marketing, and customer service. This is to be achieved by developing strategic plans that create engagement and advocacy of products through a blend of utilising commercial and technical acumen.
Relevant National and International Travel will be required
**Responsibilities**
- Proactively support state sales teams both technically and from a business development perspective.
- Actively manage national lead and opportunities and support the Fosroc ANZ business with national specifications
- Support coaching programs and support Sales Managers in developing Account Manager sales capability.
- Identify market opportunity and provide insight into the ideation and general NPD process.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key influencers such as Engineers, Specifiers, and Architects and relevant key accounts
- Work across all functions of the Fosroc business including Marketing, R&D and Supply Chain to ensure innovative sales and channel plans are in place to deliver sales growth

Skills & Experience
- Commercial and technical background in the construction industry, with existing relationships and contacts within the industry
- Be a self-motivated, energetic, adaptable, passionate, dedicated, and proven leader who can energize and develop their team to raise the bar across the business through strong influence and collaboration
- Experience in category management and consultative selling
- Ability to utilise and harness the power of our sales and marketing tools including CRM
