**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a Full Time Permanent Contracts Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting all car park initiatives across QIC-owned and managed retail assets in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC. This role is an integral part of the services team within Alternative Income. Reporting to the National Manager, Services, you will oversee all contracts related to car park management and regularly communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main liaison and foster positive relationships with all contractual matters and key suppliers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all transactions with QIC.
- Lead negotiations with the Car Park Manager and suppliers to secure the best commercial outcomes.
- Oversee suppliers and contractors for all car park projects, contributing to budget and forecast inputs with precise commentary.
- Coordinate and share project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure accountability among stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing and presenting the annual car park budget and monthly/ quarterly forecasts.
- Monitor car park performance, providing solutions and action plans to drive commercial success and enhance guest experience.
- Analyse data to track equipment performance and recommend rate adjustments.

Offer recommendations and solutions for QIC business processes and platform support to ensure smooth delivery of car park projects.

**About You**
- Experience in contracts management.
- Relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in data analysis essential.
- Ability to prepare and manage expense budgets, together with related management reporting.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience within the car park industry is highly regarded.
