**The role**:
The Manager Contracts will lead the contract portfolio of a major wind farm project for Yurika. Commensurate with project value and commercial risk, the role leads contract compliance, commercial and contract delivery objectives throughout the major project contract lifecycle.

Critical to your success in the role is your extensive knowledge and capability on contract management at a senior level in a complex business environment, providing expert advice and direction to senior management. Your demonstrated experience in commercial and procurement experience within a major projects, utilities or engineering environment will be highly regarded. Additionally, you will have:

- Bachelor degree in Commerce, Business or Engineering;
- Strong commercial acumen demonstrated by the ability to negotiate large commercial contract arrangements and manage contractor performance to the benefit of the organisation;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Certificate IV in Project Management (desirable).
